Water resources of Russia

Russia has a lot of sources of water, in this regard Russia is one of the first countries in the world.

Russia is washed by 13 seas and two oceans, the Pacific Ocean and the North Atlantic Ocean. #The total length of the coast of Russia is 61 thousand kilometers.

As far as rivers and streams are concerned, there are 2.8 million rivers and streams flowing in Russia with a total length of 1.24 million kilometers. There are 214 rivers with a length of more than 500 km each. The Yenisei, Ob, Lena, Amur and Volga are the major rivers of Russia.

Apart from this, there are 2.7 million small and large lakes in Russia with a total area of ​​400,000 square kilometers. The Caspian Sea is the largest lake. And Lake Baikal, which is located in the Siberian region of Russia, is the largest freshwater lake in the world, its area is 23,500 km. At the same time, there are 30,000 small water reservoirs in Russia

روس میں پانی کے بہت زیادہ ذرائع ہیں، اس حوالے سے روس دنیا کے اولین ملکوں میں سے ایک ہے۔

روس کو 13 سمندر اور دو بحر یعنی بحرالکاہل اور بحر منجد شمالی دھوتے ہیں۔ #روس کے ساحل کی کل لمبائی 61 ہزار کلومیٹر ہے۔

جہاں تک دریاؤں اور ندیوں کا سوال ہے تو روس میں 28 لاکھ دریا اور ندیاں بہتے ہیں جن کی کل لمبائی ایک کروڑ 24 لاکھ کلومیٹر ہے۔ 214  ایسے دریا ہیں جن میں سے ہر ایک کی لمبائی 500 کلومیٹر سے زیادہ ہے۔ ینیسے، اوب ، لینا ، امور اور والگا  روس کے سب سے بڑے دریا ہیں۔

اس کے علاوہ روس میں 27 لاکھ چھوٹی بڑی جھیلیں ہیں جن کا کل رقبہ چار لاکھ مربع کلومیٹر ہے۔ بحیرہ کیسپین سب سے بڑی جھیل ہے۔ اور جھیل بائیکال جو روس کے خطے سائبیریا میں واقع ہے، میٹھے پانی والی دنیا کی سب سے بڑی جھیل ہے، اس کا رقبہ ساڑھے تیئیس ہزار کلومیٹر ہے ۔ ساتھ ہی روس میں تیس ہزار چھوٹے بڑے آبی ذخائر بھی موجود ہیں
