This plant is one of the rarest plants in the world - its name

 Puya Raimondi 

and it is found at an altitude of about 4000 meters above sea level - it takes a hundred years for this plant to reach maturity after which it flowers only once - in this picture the plant looks like a tower. The part is actually the flower that blooms only once in the plant and remains open throughout the year - during fertilization the plant's seeds are formed, after which both the flower and the plant wither and the seeds are scattered around. ہے اور یہ سطح سمندر سے لگ بھگ چار ہزار میٹر کی بلندی پر پایا جاتا ہے- اس پودے کو بلوغت تک پہنچنے میں ایک سو سال لگتے ہیں جس کے بعد یہ صرف ایک دفعہ پھول دیتا ہے- اس تصویر میں پودے کا ٹاور کی طرح کا حصہ دراصل اس کا پھول ہے جو اس پودے میں صرف ایک بار کھلتا ہے اور سال بھر کھلا رہتا ہے- اس دوران فرٹیلائزیشن سے اس پودے کے بیج بنتے ہیں جس کے بعد اس کا پھول اور پودا دونوں مرجھا جاتے ہیں اور اس کے بیج چاروں طرف بکھر جاتے ہیں
